How to join our Left 4 Dead Servers Through the Lobby |

One of our past criticisms of Left 4 Dead is that they do not allow you to join one of our many XF servers through the lobby. Well it appears that if you are the lobby leader, all you have to do is bring down the console (before you start the game) and type this command: ms_force_dedicated_server "IPADDRESS:PORT" For example you can type ms_force_dedicated_server "72.249.4.2:27015" to join our ClanXF Server -1- or ms_force_dedicated_server "72.249.4.2:27016" to join ClanXF Server -2-.
Don't forget that we have eight publicly available Left 4 Dead servers (72.249.4.2 ports 27015-27019 and ports 27025-27030) This will certainly ensure lag-free servers to play on in the future. Don't forget your medpack! |

Updates to our Team Fortress Server |

With all the updates to Team Fortress made by Steam lately, I thought it was time I made some updates to our server. I have added several new addons for your enjoyment: - !radio you can now listen to the radio while playing
- !maprate you can rate the maps, this will help us weed out the unpopular ones
- !ts you can join our teamspeak server in the Team Fortress channel
HLStats has also been added for those of you that enjoy that sort of thing. Please sign up on our site and visit our forums we would love to hear from you, your input is appreciated. So, come join us on our Team fortress server: tf.teamxf.net Enjoy, Xf.Vito |

I have not had time to post here in the last few months it seems, but it is time to start again.... Our Annual Lan is coming up next month on April 25th. This year the Lan will be in Texas. It should be a good time.... It seems like the Xf team is back to TF again in anticipation of the new updates comng for TF..... There is a new release of Warcraft Source Mod.... I am contemplating about setting up a server for that again.... |
